A woman of many roles and deep purpose, Ashlen is a proud wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. With over a decade of experience in paralegal support, executive assistance, and operations management, she brings a unique blend of precision, strategy, and creativity to everything she does.
What sets Ashlen apart is her ability to balance professionalism with heart. Known for her exceptional organizational and communication skills, she approaches each project with intentionality, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Faulkner University reflects her dedication to growth and lifelong learning.
In 2016, Ashlen founded and curated the online community “Hey Girl Hey, United!”, now home to more than 25,000 women seeking connection, authenticity, and encouragement. Through that platform, she began sharing her personal journey of faith, resilience, and womanhood — inspiring others to embrace their process and bloom through every season.
Polish & Bloom was born from that same spirit — the belief that how you present yourself and your brand matters.
